Shipping policy

SHIPPING

At Maesstría, we want to make your online shopping experience a seamless & pleasant one, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you quickly and efficiently.

We offer free shipping for all orders with an order value of Rs. 699 and above. We charge a sum of Rs. 75 for each order below Rs. 699.

The orders will be shipped within 4 working days and another 4-7 days are required for transit and delivery depending on the location.

We only make use of reliable courier companies such as BlueDart, DTDC and/or Speed Post. Maesstría is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company/ Speed Post or on account of any factors that cannot be controlled by Maesstría. We shall strive to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation. In situations beyond our control there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, we will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.

We require a complete address with the phone number to ship the goods. No dispatches will be made without a valid phone number. We do not ship to FPO/APO and P.O Box addresses.

International
We ship Internationally to more than 200 Countries via India Post International Parcel and other reliable courier services. Shipping charges and the Custom duty charges, if any in your country, will be borne by customer. The charges for International shipping and the delivery time depends upon the package volume and ship-to location. Delivery may take 7-20 days according to the ship-to location. We will notify you about the same during checkout or via e-mail.

DELIVERY

Our warehouse system determines what carrier is most efficient for your delivery based upon several factors including merchandise ordered and delivery address. All orders can be tracked real-time, while in transit; when your order ships, your confirmation e-mail will contain a tracking number and shipping information.
